SAFETY RULES

 I will sign an APL APPLICATION TO

PLAY form prior to the day or session of activity, and I acknowledge that

this agreement is binding.

I will follow all special instructions

(including these rules) which the

game operator or their agents may

give prior to each game.

I will read and obey all signs posted regarding goggles and barrel plugs.

I will adjust the velocity of my paintgun to shoot below the posted maximum for each game I play.

Every time I play I will wear approved goggles and other required safety equipment at all times within the playing, chronograph, and target areas.

I understand that I will be ejected from the game for unauthorized removal of my goggles within the playing, chronograph, or target areas.

I will keep my paintball gun barrel plugged or covered at all times while outside of the playing, chronograph, and target areas.

I will use only paintball equipment approved by the APL and the field operator or sponsor.

I will not use illegal drugs or alcohol

of any type before or during paintball game activities.

I will abide by all decisions of the referees and playing field officials.

I will stay within the playing field boundaries at all times while I am playing in paintball games.

I will do no tree climbing or other dangerous or hazardous activities

while playing paintball.

Should I see or believe that another player might be injured, I will immediately stop the game and

assist that player.

I will assist the field operator or

sponsor in keeping the playing field boundaries well marked.

I am playing this game for fun and will refrain from foul or abusive language, and will not engage in any arguments or physical contact of any kind.

I will make myself familiar with the local emergency telephone numbers and with any safety or first aid equipment available in the event of an accident.

I agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the playing of this sport.

                   East Tennessee Paintball

                                     Field Rules

 

  • Please sign in at the pro-shop.  Everyone must register upon entering the area.

  • Masks: No one is to remove their mask for any reason on the field, in the chrono  area, or target area. If you do, you will not be allowed to play for 1 hour.

 

  • Barrel Plugs: Barrel plugs or sleeves must be properly in/on your marker at all times when not on the field, in the chrono area, or target area. If you come off the field without one properly installed, you will set out the next game. If you have forgotten yours please see one of the staff members for a loaner.

 

  • Chrono: Before you go on the field, return from a break, or after getting your tank filled, you must chrono your marker. The velocity must be set at under 300FPS.

 

  • Field Paint is the only paint allowed!

 

  • Referees: If you are hit and do not know if the ball broke, call for a paint check and a referee will check for you. When you see a referee in a bunker or checking a player, do not shoot at the bunker until the referee has declared the player clean or out.  When a referee calls you out, raise your marker and proceed to the dead box. Players- do not shoot a player after he/she has been called out.  If you run out of paint, air or have problems with your marker, you may call yourself out. Please signal a referee when this happens. Referees are here to keep you from being hurt.  Please do not shoot at the referees.

 

  • Theft: Be sure to keep up with your gear. We are not responsible for your gear or personal possessions.

 

  • Trash: There are garbage cans available for your trash. USE THEM.

 

  • Absolutely NO foul language will be used on the premises.

 

  • Absolutely NO alcohol allowed on the premises.
